| Doctors Medical Center has an opportunity for a Hospitalist to join our physician community. · Salary dependent on how many shifts you work. Range: o 14 shifts = $180,440 o 15 shifts = $192,800 o 16 shifts = $205,160 · 16-18 patients/day average · Most Hospitalists in the group work 16 shifts per month, but full-time = 12 shifts per month · 12-hour shifts are 7:00 am-7:00 pm · Other available shifts (strictly optional) are 5:00 pm-11:00 pm; 7:00 pm-7:00 am · Benefits include Health, disability, partial dental, licenses, malpractice, $3,000 for CME/Journals, 401k retirement with employer contribution · Yearly Bonuses are paid depending on group’s income and number of shifts worked, up to $10,000 yearly bonuses offered Details · Join large group of 14 Hospitalists · ** This HOS group is very unique in that they have been together a very long time … most Hospitalists in the group have been there over 5 years, and the turnover is very low … longevity and happiness is very prevalent with this group! ** · Practice at a 465-bed hospital with specialists and subspecialty backup · Must be comfortable in the ICU and comfortable managing vents · About 2-3 patients per day will be ICU patients; ER physicians/Intensivists support available |
