Full-time, part-time and per diem work available with large or small groups, single- or multi-specialty, in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys. About the Providence Facility: Mission Hills, CA (North San Fernando/Santa Clarita Valleys) –- Providence Holy Cross, a full service hospital, has been rated in the top 5 percent of Hospitals by HealthGrades since 2005 and attained Magnet Status for nursing. A newly enlarged 34-bed emergency department and a 142-bed “green” patient care wing opening in 2011 will enhance this nationally recognized hospital and trauma center, the preferred hospital of the dominant medical groups in the north San Fernando Valley. Burbank, CA (East San Fernando Valley) –- Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center has established high standards of excellence, receiving multiple five-star ratings from HealthGrades. Saint Joseph offers the $40 million free-standing Disney Family Cancer Center, Stroke Center Certification, and STEMI Receiving Center designation for cardiac patients, advanced imaging services including 64-slice PET/CT, digital mammography, robotic surgery, 13 inpatient surgery suites and 29 emergency beds.
