| Lacey, Washington – Providence Physician Network Southwest Washington is opening a new Patient-Centered Health Home (PCHH) and is searching for BE/BC Family Physicians or primary care Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to help us launch this exciting endeavor. Physician candidates can be new grads or with experience; APPs must have prior practice experience. The new PCHH will be located at our brand new Britton Plaza Primary Care facility in Lacey, a lovely suburb of Olympia. This new facility, scheduled to open in summer 2012, will have capacity for up to 16 providers. Excellent compensation and benefits as part of Providence Physician Network SW Washington, our employed group of physician leaders. Providence also operates two full-spectrum hospitals in SW Washington; the new Britton Plaza facility and our hospitals will all be integrated with the EPIC electronic medical records system. About the Providence Facility: Providence Physician Network – Southwest Washington is our growing organization of employed physicians, with clinics in Thurston and Lewis Counties. We currently employ more than 100 medical providers, operating in 17 clinics, with a broad range of specialties including Family Medicine, General Surgery, Hospital Medicine, Internal Medicine, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Physiatry, Psychiatry and Women’s Health. Our providers partner with our two outstanding hospitals in the region: Providence Centralia Hospital in Centralia and Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia. About the Area: Southwest Washington offers a diverse mix of rural, suburban and urban lifestyles, with Mother Nature prominent in each scenario. Puget Sound provides an abundance of saltwater activities from beachcombing to salmon fishing and sailing. The magnificent Olympic and Cascade Mountain ranges also provide amazing scenery and recreation opportunities.
