In this episode, we hear from author, business and personal coach, consultant and motivational speaker, Adrian Bracy about leadership, career pivots and how to take the right next step.

“It’s knowing myself, first of all. What can I do? What are my limitations? A lot of us, we don’t even think about that. We just assume that we can do it all, and unfortunately, that’s just not right.” -Adrian E. Bracy, MBA, CPA

In today’s episode, Master Certified Coach Jill Farmer talks to author, business and personal coach, consultant and motivational speaker, Adrian Bracy about leadership and the pivots she made in her career. Adrian has pivoted successfully many times in her impressive career. In this episode you will hear how she made small pivots and larger ones. She also shares her signature framework with us, EMBRACE. Which means, Empowerment, Movement, Believe, Resilience, Accountability, Courage and Evaluate.
